Return Policy & Service：
If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, DIYthinker promises that you may return it before order completion, receive a full refund, and that the return shipping fee will be paid by DIYthinker. Details of the shipping method and fee payment should be agreed with DIYthinker in advance. Or, you can choose to keep the product and agree the refund amount directly with DIYthinker.

On-time Delivery: If you do not receive your purchase within 60 days, you can ask for a full refund before order completion.
Returns Extra: You can return your products (not include custom product) before order completion and receive a full refund. Return shipping costs will be paid by you. Please ensure that the product has not been used and is in the original packaging.
