I didn’t really know that DIY clocks were a thing until about 10 years ago when I bought a clock made from a bicycle chain (it was really cool) and then I started to realize the possibilities! I love functional crafts the best! I ended up making a DIY clock for a friend’s first baby. I handpainted it to match the fabric she was using for her nursery, a pretty Joel Dewberry print with birds and branches. And while I don’t think I’ve made another one recently, that’s really only because we have too many in our house already. I know, we all carry our phones everywhere. But there’s nothing like being able to glance over when your hands are full and see how much time you have left to get ready. So there you go, that’s my ode do analog clocks! Here are so very cute DIY versions that you can make yourself!
